2024 Conference Goals

Upon completion of the 2024 MN APCO/NENA-MSA PSAP 9-1-1 Conference,attendees will be familiar with and have a basic understanding of emerging technologies, current issues, and other relevant topics to enhance their professional growth as PSAP professionals.

  • Receive updates on the 2024 Legislative Session.

  • Witness the effects that PTSD/PTSI has on a family and the journey from denial to treatment.

  • Learn how to identify and interrupt implicit and explicit bias in daily work to create positive change through engagement.

  • Review case studies where 911 calls were instrumental in solving crime.

  • Understand the impact social media has on the organization and how to implement appropriate social media policies.

  • Hear updates and review current trends from the MN BCA.

  • Learn how to motivate generational staff to develop big picture planning while managing stress, staff shortages, and significant organizational challenges.
